The TAQA Group Ethics & Compliance, and Grievances Helpline is a confidential and independent platform serving two distinct functions, including for reporting any employee grievances and any concerns you may have about any misconduct occurring at TAQA Global or its affiliates (collectively the TAQA Group).
Once a grievance or an ethics & compliance concern is submitted either online or by phone, it will be thoroughly investigated and resolved. This is why, when making a report or grievance, it is important to provide as many details as possible concerning the nature of the potential misconduct or grievance, who is involved, and where the misconduct occurred, if you have this information.
The TAQA Group Helpline will provide you with a unique pin number allowing you to follow up on your grievance or concern by receiving and sending messages in a secure environment. For employee grievances, we ask that you provide your name so that we can work directly with you to resolve the issue.
The TAQA Group is committed to protecting the anonymity and confidentiality of those individuals who may raise concerns and will not tolerate any direct or indirect acts of retaliation against an individual who, in good faith, reports a concern or suspected violation of the TAQA Group’s Code of Conduct, policies or the law. This includes retaliation against anyone for participating in an investigation.
Proven cases of retaliation will not be taken lightly, and may result in disciplinary actions including termination.
